Job Title: Process Engineering Intern

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/Remote)

Duration: 3 months

Role Overview

As a Process Engineering intern, you will support client projects, research activities, and internal process improvement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to global frameworks such as CMMI, ASPICE, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and AS9100D, preparing you for a career in consulting and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

PCA Global is a process consulting and assurance service organization specialized in CMMI, ASPICE, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and other standards. Candidate’s responsibility is to support organizational process improvement initiative and assist Senior Consultants during service delivery. These would involve below responsibilities:

• Understand organizational business objectives
• Document Processes/SOP’s using CMMI and ISO framework
• Facilitate and audit process implementation
• Take part in development of performance prediction models and tools analysis to support the same

Required Skills

• Experience in process documentation, AS–IS process mapping and process optimization
• Familiarity with basic process concepts such as CMMI, Six Sigma, ISO is preferred
• Good knowledge of statistical and quantitative concepts is preferred
• Prior software development experience / background is an added advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good in using MS Office tools specially Word and Excel
