Latha is a software engineering, process, and quality professional with over 20+ years of experience within leading MNC environments. She began her career as a Software Developer before moving into Test Management, leading QA teams and driving test strategy and defect management.

Latha has since built deep specialization in CMMI High Maturity practices, with hands-on expertise in developing and deploying Process Performance Baselines and Process Performance Models to enable data-driven, quantitatively, and statistically managed processes. She is a Certified CMMI Practitioner. Extending her expertise into emerging governance frameworks, Latha brings hands-on experience in ISO/IEC 42001 helping assess structured, risk-based approaches to responsible AI development and deployment.
