Automotive SPICE

ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination) is process model developed by Auto SIG (Automotive Special Interest Group) formed with the help of European automotive manufactures. ASPICE is developed based on ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) selecting required processes, and modified to meet the specific requirement of automotive manufactures. OEM uses ASPICE model to evaluate process performance of their suppliers.

ASPICE comes a with well-defined process assessment method that can be used by the organisation to evaluate its internal process performance or determine process performance of its supplier using Capability Level ratings.

CMMI

CMMI Model is an industry recognised model with proven set of best practices which helps organisation improve its critical business processes and performance.
